British Petro's Project Finance Division provides advisory,
consultancy and unmatched financing programs, always enhanced by our traditional

One of the distinguishing features of British Petro's Asset Based Lending
is that the amount of the loan is tied to the liquid value of the assets held by the borrower and in which we take a security interest.
This type of loan is structured as a revolving line of credit, and its funding is tied to a formula basis of accounts receivable,
inventory, stocks certificates, bonds, art-work, precious metals and precious stones and other collateral.
Asset based lending entails the assignment of a company's accounts receivable and/or inventory,
and floor plans, although other types of collateral such as tax certificates and mortgages may be included.
This type of lending does involve special monitoring procedures. Thus, British Petro's Asset Based Lending Division
has established procedures and controls to properly monitor these types of credits.
