Within three years, Sevastyanovo Petroleum Company's refinery will become an extraordinary complex. Adjacent to the 3,000,000 bbl/day refinery that has operated at Irkutsk for many years, a 2,000,000 bbl/day export-focused refinery is quickly rising into the reality. The Sevastyanovo Petroleum Company's Pipeline System will include the Trans-Russia Pipeline, 22 pump stations, several hundred miles of feeder pipelines, and the connection to the Russia Oil Terminal. The Sevastyanovo Petroleum Company's Pipeline System will be one of the world's largest pipeline systems. It will be commonly called the Siberian-Pipeline, Trans-Russia Pipeline, but those terms technically will be applied only to the 3,100 kilometres of the pipeline with the diameter of 48 inches (122 cm) that conveys oil from Irkutsk Region, to Russian Terminal for European destinations.
