The Hotel and Residential Towers Following the disbursement of £1,675,000,000.00 financing granted by British Petro, a mega hospitality and residential complex will go under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. On the Dubai coastline, these legendary and symbolic hotel and condominium towers will attract international attention and awe, ensuring its place as one of the most photographed structures in the world, and will be the world's most luxurious hotel. Designed for ultimate luxury, The Dubai Renaissance Hotel and Residential Towers will soar to a height of 334 metres, dominating the Dubai skyline. Illuminated at night by choreographed lighting representing water and fire - The Dubai Renaissance Hotel and Residential Towers will be simply individual, inspired and impressive. The Dubai Renaissance Hotel and Residential Towers will be the first all-electric high-rise hotel and residential building in the world and will pioneer the concept of the "Park in the City," being the first residential complex in a major city to have its own two-and-one-half acre park - including a playground, pool, duck pond, and waterfalls - three stories above ground. The building also will feature an assortment of shops and restaurants on the second and ground levels of the complex, under the third-floor park. Qasr Al Sharq, a flamboyant restaurant and bar on the top floor of the hotel tower, will boast spectacular views of the city & ocean and will serve gourmet French and Middle-Eastern cuisine. The restaurant and lounge will be open to the public. A Dubai shopping centre where traditional Middle Eastern products, modern fashions, restaurants, cafés and bars will be available in an unusual, attractive Arabian setting. The shopping mall Al Hamra will be part of the larger Dubai Renaissance Hotel and Residential Towers. In addition to the shopping centre, the complex will includes three luxury six star hotels, a conference centre, an indoor theatre, a 1,000 seat amphitheatre, open plazas, waterside walkways and 40 cafés, bars and restaurants. Designed in traditional Emirati architectural style, Dubai Renaissance Hotel and Residential Towers' imposing buildings with their light brown sandstone colouring replicate the appearance of classic Arabian fortresses and palaces. Key design features will include traditional Emirati wind towers, domes, Arabic lattice work, carved doors, timber trusses, terraces, balconies and, of course, palm trees.
The Marina
Nestling in a beautiful and perfectly sheltered harbour, Dubai Renaissance Hotel & Marina will be the world's best equipped and most welcoming port. It will consist of the East Dock, which will be part of the Dubai Renaissance Hotel and Residential Towers, and the New Marina with its modern pontoons at the Marina Village. Renowned for the highly efficient and skilled services, Dubai Renaissance Hotel & Marina will offer a total of 700 berths for crafts of between one and six metres, 100 of witch will be boats in transit.
