Proposed Al Manara Skyscrapers Project

Will be visible from miles around and due to rise to 426 m in height, Al Manara Skyscrapers
will be one of the world's tallest "sculpted" towers and the Middle-East's tallest skyscrapers creating a dramatic focal
point that will be visible throughout the city of Beirut.

Al Manara Skyscrapers
Following the release of €1,311,000,000.00 (Initial) financing granted by British Petro,
the construction of Al Manara Skyscrapers will begin in downtown Beirut, Lebanon.
Designed by the largest architectural firms of France, the towers will be the tallest buildings in the Middle-East
on completion within five years at 426 m (1,400 ft). They will be also one of the tallest sculpted towers in the world.
The towers will include 120,000 square metres (1,290,000 square feet) of commercial and office space.
The buildings will connect to a ten-story retail mall (The Nouvelle Galerie Shopping Center),
which will occupy a total 35,000 square metres (377,000 square feet) of retail space and will include an integrated theatre complex and 17-story car-park.
The towers themselves will be built on a 26,000 square metres (280,000 square feet) construction site.
The Al Manara Skyscrapers will have over 77 floors of office space, El Mina rooftop restaurant and
The Oriental Spa.
The Oriental Spa
The Oriental Spa will offer a bath filled with nearly 350 gallons of Evian mineral water then showers with rose petals.
For facial treatment, The Oriental Spa will use a combination of the best technology and ingredients to get the face deep-down clean and radiant.
A decadent diamond peel will polish the skin's surface and gentle micro-currents will remove black-heads and brown spots while stimulating collagen production.
Afterward, a rich caviar mask and an omega-6 eye treatment will nourish skin and replace lost moisture.
Finally, a touch of LED light therapy will have an anti-inflammatory effect, reducing irritation and sun damage.
Note: You may fall asleep while all this is going on, thanks to a hand and foot massage, topped off with warm mitts and booties.
